Payments:

We accept payments for your Unique Hijabs purchases through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  We do not take personal checks however you may pay by check through PayPal but your order will not ship until we are notified by PayPal that your check has cleared.  You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.  We use a SSL certificate from GeoTrust®, the ultimate online security and trust solution delivering both 256-bit encryption and the True Site™ trust mark that provides our website's identity validation.  Sites secured with GeoTrust's SSL certificates are utilizing the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications (e.g. credit card numbers) between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure when the SSL session is activated.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Standard Shipping for both domestic and international orders is via the United States Postal Service either through USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on the weight of your package. Delivery confirmation is provided for all domestic orders. International shipping is provided for your convenience however Unique Hijabs is not responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes for international destinations that maybe levied upon by the country of receipt.  Please see the chart below for our shipping rates.

International Shipping:

Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs.  Unique Hijabs has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

Cancellations and Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if you are unsatisfied or just wish to return the purchased item, you can return it to Unique Hijabs unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@uniquehijabs.com to arrange the return of the item.

All unwanted returns, upon receipt and inspection, will be refunded if the item is received unopened, undamaged or un-used.  All items are the responsibility of the customer until received by Unique Hijabs and inspected.

Colors displayed on the site

Please beware that we have made a conscious effert to display as accurately as possible the colors of the hijabs that appear at the site.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer browser used we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Faulty Products

We aim to send you the products so they arrive in good condition, however, if a product arrives damaged or with defects we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund, as appropriate, if you return the product to Unique Hijabs within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@uniquehijabs.com to arrange the return of the item.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. 

Placing your first order

We offer a standard shopping cart on www.uniquehijabs.com. To shop, just choose the product you want by clicking on the categories on the left side of each page. For example, egyptian mona hijabs, pak chadors or oblong shaylas. Once you've found the product you want, simply click the add to cart button.

From your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or continue to checkout.

When you click continue to checkout, you'll be asked to enter your email address and a password. If it's your first time shopping, you'll want to choose the option that says, "are you a new customer" and then click on "register now."

You will then be taken to a form where you can choose your password as well as enter your address and phone number.

Please note: once you've chosen your password, you can then log-in at Uniquehijabs.com using your email address and password and you'll no longer need to re-enter your information.

From there you'll be taken to the final step in the checkout process where you can enter your payment information and confirm your order.
